Professional Development

This professional learning module has been designed to empower directors, assistant directors, pedagogical leaders, inclusion coordinators, and educators in coaching and leadership roles to support others in implementing culturally responsive practice. The module examines the roles of leaders as well as provides an opportunity to practice courageous conversations and coaching techniques with a case study format.
Completing Culturally Responsive Practices (CRP) module is a pre-requisite for taking Culturally Responsible Leadership.
EYCDC Library
The EYCDC Library had a wonderful year in 2024. Over the year we built our collection and worked with ECEs and cultural leaders to expand our resources. We were lucky enough to have lots of visits (just shy of 850!) and spent the year getting to know our patrons, their classrooms, and their families even better.
