About the presenter

Ron Grady, MA

Ron Grady has spent a decade in the early education field, starting out as a researcher and transitioning to work in classrooms. Ron is deeply invested in work that foregrounds the voices and lived experiences of young children. He is interested in childrens identities and self-concepts, peer relationships, and how pedagogical documentation, ethnographic methods, and co-created narrative can be used to assemble authentic understandings of these key aspects of childrens lives. Ron holds a Bachelors in Psychology with a focus on learning and development, and a Masters in Early Childhood Education. He teaches at the NOLA Nature School in New Orleans.
